Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

We deliver the apartments according to our inventory, but it is always wise to inform us of your preference. We try to meet any request or need as much as possible.

It is not a general service, but we offer reliable contacts for such transfer services, so that you can plan your arrival to Esmeraldas and the activities and visits that you would like to make during your stay.

For any late departures, it is important to take into account our schedule; otherwise additional fees will be charged to your account.

The pool is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. From this time forth, we of cleaning it.

We are less than 5 minutes from the beach, where you will find the exclusive Green 9 tent reserved for our guests only. The rooms have a view of the gardens and swimming pool of the hotel.

We offer lodging service, table tennis, volley balls and soccer balls, beach tennis rackets, sea kayaks, assistance at Green 9’s beach tent, an eco-trail, wifi throughout the Resort, private parking, two pools, DirecTV and Green 9’s exclusive channel with pay-per-view movies. The spa services, the restaurant and access to tennis and golf courts are additional.

Children from 2 years of age are counted as additional people and must pay per night. We offer additional folding beds.

Members can reserve through our Escapes program for more flexibility and choose the number of nights the wish to stay.

Members can divide 7-night-8-day programs at the Resort in two, (a 3-night-and-4-day stay and a 4-night-5-day stay) after payment of the fractionation cost.

According to the Green 9 Internal Regulation, owners Fixed Week programs cannot divide or change their dates of stay.

The main thing is to remain calm. We have accident insurance and lost luggage insurance. We can also help you with medical assistance.

If a reservation that has been reconfirmed cannot be used, it may be canceled up to 15 days before the reserved date, otherwise a penalty fee will be charged corresponding to one “Escape” night, which allows a member to set a new date, subject to availability.

We have apartments fully equipped and furnished. All guests have the necessary utensils to prepare their favorite dishes. In addition, we offer excellent pizzas and seafood at TikiHouse, our restaurant that is located within the premises.
